Myself 33F and housemate 35M and his beautiful golden retriever Sophie are looking for someone to join our quiet clean house. You will have the large front bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Living room has a fully functional fireplace for the cold winter nights and there is airconditioning in the kitchen/dining and the living room.

We have a large garage if you need to store things plus an extra toilet. House itself is super close to great cafes and a 5 min walk to two different train stations. It’s a super lovely friendly neighbourhood.

If cooking is your thing we have all new appliances in the kitchen. Our landlord is really lovely and helpful when things need fixing or upgrading and we don’t deal with a real estate agency so no random inspections etc as we are trusted with respecting the property.

I am Carley I am 33 and I work in audio for musical theatre and events etc. I am not home much as I tour a fair bit and spend a lot of time out of state working/travelling. I have taken this year off from touring but will be likely off again a fair bit next year.
