Room Available in 2 Bedroom Apartment, Kew (1260.50 PCM)
Looking for a new housemate to join me on a fresh 12-month lease starting 7th July in a spacious and well-located 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Kew. Ideally, I’d love to have someone lined up to sign the lease by 7th June.
The apartment is located in a quiet, leafy part of Kew with excellent access to the rest of Melbourne:
• Easy access to the Eastern Freeway
• Well-serviced by public transport (buses and trams nearby)
• Close to cafés, shops, parks, and not far from Studley Park and the Yarra Trail
• Only a short trip into the city or inner suburbs
Rent is $1260.50 per calendar month (per person).
You’d be taking the larger bedroom in the apartment.

A bit about me:
I’m a 27M swimming coach working split shifts, so I’m often around the apartment during the day. I’m into sports, movies, swimming, beach days, and the occasional dinner or drink out. I’d love to live with someone who’s keen to hang out from time to time but also values a peaceful, clean, and respectful home environment.
