Very spacious and large 3 bedroom, 2-storey house in Kew. There are polished floors throughout the living areas, high ceilings, art deco ceiling roses and doors, stained glass windows in the foyer, separate lounge and dining area and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto a large sun room/study with fully equipped laundry and 2nd toilet attached. There is one large shared bathroom with terrazzo floor and plenty of cupboard space.
The front and back gardens are very large with many established fruit trees and a vegi garden in the back yard, with a rear decking. There is free on-street parking and external sensor lights in the front yard. Despite it's size this house has a very cozy feel with plenty of living spaces and wonderful gardens.
The house is in a great location with a bus stop across the road and a 2 minute walk to the tram, it's also just off the Chandler Highway exit of the Eastern Freeway. The house is in a quiet area, only 100 metres from an organic grocer, local supermarket and cafes. The area has numerous parks, sporting centers/gyms and public pools.

I've lived in share houses for most of my adult life all over the world so I'm pretty tolerant when it comes to flatmates lives. All I ask is the bills get paid on time and we all clean up after ourselves. This house is big enough for everyone to have there own space if needed or hang out if wanted.
There is a third bedroom which is leased for a couple of days each week to a software engineer, (M), who normally works from home in Castlemaine but is required in the city office 2 days a week.
I love cooking, keeping fit and gardening, though I'm not obsessive about them. I like socializing and entertaining, but weeknights are pretty quiet. I love the outdoors, festivals, good food, cooking, clubs and pubs, and cycling too.
There is a friendly magpie who comes and chats to anyone who will listen on the front porch, so alas no cats or dogs please as he was here first.
