The bedroom is large with an attached single room/study, 5.2m X 3.4m + 3.1 X 2.1m It takes up the entire second floor of the house with wonderful views over the front garden and towards Bulleen and the Dandenongs. It's quiet with plenty of light and large double windows. It has built in robes and cupboards and plenty of room for your own chest of drawers and desk. Both rooms are fully carpeted.

The house is in a quiet area, only 100 metres from an organic grocer, local supermarket and cafes. The area has numerous parks, sporting centers/gyms and public pools.

About the occupants
Hi, I'm Timm, I work in administration at a large public hospital. I have worked in many varied roles and professions throughout my working life in many different countries and this is where I have landed post pandemic. (and I really love it ).

I've lived in share houses for most of my adult life all over the world so I'm pretty tolerant when it comes to flatmates lives. All I ask is the bills get paid on time and we all clean up after ourselves. This house is big enough for everyone to have there own space if needed or hang out if wanted.
There is a third bedroom which is leased for a couple of days each week to a software engineer, (M), who normally works from home in Castlemaine but is required in the city office 2 days a week.

I love cooking, keeping fit and gardening, though I'm not obsessive about them. I like socializing and entertaining, but weeknights are pretty quiet. I love the outdoors, festivals, good food, cooking, clubs and pubs, and cycling too.

There is a friendly magpie who comes and chats to anyone who will listen on the front porch, so alas no cats or dogs please as he was here first.

I'm looking for friendly and considerate people with a positive attitude to life. I need a tenant that has stable employment. If you're after a drama free home and don't mind doing your bit to keep it clean and tidy then we're on the same page. I think it's great to have a friendship at home, but also respect each others space and privacy. I prefer sociable people with an active lifestyle who can talk about issues as they arise.
