The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. On-street parking is available.

The property is centrally located with excellent access to amenities. It is a 5-minute walk to Kooyong Station and within walking distance to the Glenferrie Road tram stop. Toorak Road is approximately 300 metres away, with tram access to Toorak, South Yarra, and the city. Malvern, Hawthorn, and Toorak are easily accessible by tram.

There are also beautiful parks within walking distance, including bike paths. Kooyong Tennis Club is nearby as well.

It is approximately a 15-minute train ride to the city from Kooyong Station.

This is a very clean and tidy home, and I am house proud. I like things neat and tidy. I looking for someone who is similarly tidy and clean and who does not mind sharing cleaning chores.

I am support worker and care for the elderly living by themselves and the less abled people.

The apartment has a clean bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a toilet. There is also another separate toilet in the apartment.

This is a quiet, low-key home, social but not a party house. All you need to bring is your luggage and clothes.
