Description of the home

Chill house share located in Kuranjang. The house has a spacious lounge room and a large backyard. We are a pet friendly home - there is currently a friendly German shepherd and a fat cat living with us. New pets are welcomes provided they can get along with everyone in the house hold. The property has NBN FTTP which is a nice additional feature. 5 minute drive from the freeway and Melton town center. 10 minute drive to either Cobble bank station or Melton station.

The house is a 3 bedroom however the intent is to only have 2 bedrooms rented and one spare room for guests. I love cooking so I have a well equipped kitchen with an expresso machine! Theres a very cosey lounge space with a large TV and a great sound system. The front and backyard are large with fairy lights and a fire pit. There is also a large shed incase you need to store some extra things.

Bills and expenses

About the occupants
Both me(27) and my partner(29) live in the house currently with our two pets - taco and nacho. We both work full time - however i often work from home so i'll be around most of the time. We are very laid back people who like to keep a clean a tidy environment. We both enjoy traveling, camping and 4x4ing. I love going for a climb and playing board games.
Compatible people
Respectful and considerate to other peoples needs. Need to be able to keep communal areas clean. Most importantly - a good communicator. If you have a problem or an issue it is important that you can bring this up in a mature and open way so we can reach a good resolution.
Description of pets
Nacho is a very friendly german shepherd dog. He is 8 years old and loves to play. As he is such a large dog it would be good if you have some experiences with large dogs or are open to learning about how to appropriately handle them.

Taco is a very lazy fat cat who generally minds his own business. He is 9 years old and will harass you for cuddles if you let him in your room!
