Home is occupied by myself, my son , 24 and a tenant, 24yrs. i work 3 jobs including night shift. we have 2 dogs, 1 cat and a bird and a ferret (the ferret is super friendly but resides outside) Rent includes all bills but not food. there is plenty of car parking on street. close to bus and easy stroll to main street.

About the occupants
i am a mother of two boys who both work and one is studying and lives at uni but comes home regularly they are both gamers (i think that's what we call them) i like to live in a clean home although with two boys and animals and the hours we work this can be difficult. i think a male would suit as it's a shared bathroom until they move on but if this is not an issue than that is fine. i run a candle business and work full time as well as do some support work so we are a busy family, we are laid back, we are renovating slowly as you will see, slowly but getting there, looking forward to meeting you. We do have another tenant here. Easy going male who gets along well with everyone, also studying.
