Hello Flatmates,
Hope everyone's embracing lockdown 6.0, and feeling okay!
We had to say goodbye to two of our housemates as he left us for a city view apartment. Hence this post and the adventure of living with someone new 🙂
About our home
- 4 bedroom with a study, backyard, garage and laundry room
- A/C and Central Heating
- Lease Transfer, with the lease being month on month
- 150m from East Malvern Station, 23 Min train ride to Flinders
- Stone throw away from the local IGA, and the local football park.
- Being close to Caulfield and Carnegie is an additional perk (heaps of gyms, ubereats options)
- Tram stop within 500m
About the rooms:
- One is semi-furnished (queen mattress, table and one chest of drawers with a big
mirror closet , and other room is fully furnished (Queen bed, TV and drawers)
- Double window for sunlight and cross ventilation
-Suitable for single, couples or two friends willing to share a room
-Rent is $750 per month, and bond is the same. Utilities are an additional appx of $100
- Move in: On or Before 20th of August 2021
About Us
We are two individuals in our late 20s. Working full time or studying full time, so pretty busy but always make time for the occasional movie or dinners together.
A pretty good house to live in during the lockdown times! Happy, warm and fuss free with lots of laughter. Big backyard, cosy couches for Netflix, heaps of restaurants for ordering, and a well setup study room for those work from home sessions. A lot of work has gone into setting our home up, and we are just looking for an individual who is like minded, clean and respectful.

I'm a 27 yo Pastry chef, at the moment just at home painting or taking unplanned naps on the couch while enjoying our big flat screen or just working with random recipes.
I respect people's space and privacy, quite independent and thoughtful as a person. I have been either living by myself or in a share house for almost 9 years now, which has made me quite adaptable and approachable. I enjoy cooking and love cooking for others and will always offer my meal. I am a painter by profession and busy throughout the week. On weekends I like to catch up with friends, unwind at home or meal prep for the week.
