Location wise, it’s super convenient. Under 10 mins walk to Caulfield Station and nearby trams, and only a few mins from Monash Caulfield. It’s a great spot! Comes with a small off-street park you can use or alternatively plenty of all day street parking.
The apartment is freshly painted, with new blinds in the bedroom, new carpets, flyscreens throughout, split system in living room and I've have a washer and dryer in the bathroom, so laundry’s easy. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need there too. Internet is crazy fast too.
Other apartment benifits include a seperate toilet to the main bathroom, and smart layout which seperated the bedrooms on opposite sides with the kitchen in between.
I also come with a gigantic movie collection, a PS5, board games, and a 65-inch TV. I’ve also got every cleaning product known to man, so keeping the two bedroom apartment place tidy is a breeze. I've also put in a new fridge, and fairly new white goods in the shared bathroom.
Price is 300 per week, inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water and internet). Just BYO furniture for your room. Comes with an optional mirror.
Note this place requires stairs to get up to for those with accessibility concerns.
