Description of the home
Fully furnished single bedroom available with access to kitchen, dining room, laundry, bathroom and toilet. The house is peaceful and quiet, although it is located on a busy road.
I am looking for someone who is quiet, considerate, cleans up after themselves (especially in the kitchen), respects other people's boundaries and pays on time.
It's in a great location – across the road from Holmesglen TAFE and a 3 minute walk to Holmesglen bus stop and Holmesglen station. Also 3 minutes from local shops (restaurants, newsagent, chemist), Fitness First, and retailers along Warrigal Rd such as Bunnings, JB Hi Fi, Dan Murphy's, etc. Chadstone is a 20 minute walk away, and less on the bus.
The patio has an outdoor setting which is lovely in the warmer weather.
You will need to be fully vaccinated (and covid-savvy) and be happy to live with cats, or at least not have an allergy to them. Street parking is available if you have a car. No smokers please - I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

Bills and expenses
The cost is $160 a week and includes rent, bills and unlimited internet access. The landlord requires one month’s rent ($640) upfront as a bond.
