This apartment ticks all the boxes, very affordable, spacious, with lots of sunlight and greenery for a city apartment. On the quieter side of the city (facing Carlton Gardens) so you get all the perks of easy access without the noise!

Very spacious apartment, located across from Carlton Gardens (It's practically our backyard).
🚊 Tram 30 and a couple bus stops right outside the building, with most other city trams and train stations accessible within 5-10 minute walk.

Bills are not included in rent and amount to $65 a month each.
