Close to the Bundoora 86 tram line to the city.
Parking out front of house.
Also near shopping centres and a short bus trip to gym/ swim Mill Park Leisure Centre.
Very close to RMIT and Latrobe Uni, so would be perfect for a student.
Garage and shed is available for storage if required.
Move in date is flexible as I prefer to share with someone that is compatible rather than have just anyone move in, as we both need to feel comfortable 😊
