Description of the home

Note: we are a non-alcohol, non-smoking and drug free home. We are looking for a couple of Christian female housemates.

We live in a four bedroom house in Mitcham. We have a spacious lounge room, dining space and kitchen (with gas stove and oven). We have polished floors, with carpet in the bedrooms, and central heating throughout the house. There is also an AC in the lounge room. The main bathroom has a double vanity, a toilet, a large shower, and a big deep bath! We also have a large deck that can be used for entertaining purposes.

We’re about a 10 minute walk from the local train station, and about 50 minutes to Flinders St by train (including the walk). We are also only a 5 minute drive from Ringwood (Costco, Aldi, Coles and Eastland Shopping Centre).

Bills and expenses

Utility bills (gas/electricity/water) and internet bills will be split evenly between housemates. For mowing we pay $80-$100 each time. We share meals and you're welcome to eat with us (we have shared budget for food), or we ask for $10/mth towards other household supplies.

Parking is free on street parking (with one extra space available in our driveway currently).

Bond is $600.
