1) A newly built three-bedroom townhouse with beautiful floorboards throughout and a spacious living area. Shared only with one person (me) (total three persons) — I have my own room and bathroom

3) Dining table and fully furnished living area.
4) Washing machine in unit.
5) Each bedroom has air-conditioning (heating and cooling) as well as a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable all year round.
6) A lovely and big balcony
7) An additional basin (separate toilet) that can be used.
8) High speed internet (NBN500)
9) One off-street (on-site) parking space for a small fee ($50 per week).
10) Walking distance (15 min walk) to Box Hill Central and Box Hill Train Station

The space is ideal for someone who appreciates a quiet home and generally spends most of their day outside for work or study.

• Minimum stay: 4 months
• notify 1 month before moving
• Available: on-site or video inspection
• Docs required if renting: photo ID

About the rooms:

Room 1: Brand new queen-sized furnished room with a large built-in wardrobe and double windows that allow plenty of natural light. The room also includes a new bamboo desk and a wheeled office chair. Bills are NOT included in the rent.
