We’ve got a lovely master bedroom in a 2-storey house (3 bed 2 bath) on a quiet corner in Mont Albert North that’s available for move-in before 14th May, ideal for couples!

Some of Melbourne’s best coffee and sourdough literally across the street (lovely smells in the morning), 120m from the bus stop, and 5min drive to Doncaster Westfield. There’s also a small shopping village with Coles, a butcher, cafes, restaurants and the like about 10min walk from ours, plus a creek with bike trails at the bottom of the hill. Boroondara sports complex is 5min drive away.

We’re needing to replace our mate Nick who has gone and bought himself a house (yay!) and is moving out next month (oh no!). He’ll also be taking some of the furnishings with him, so there’ll be lots of space to fill in the shared areas – we already have a fridge, washer, dryer and couch but there’s plenty of room for storage too. It’s a really large set of shared spaces – deck, yard, gardens, garage (largely unused) and a full kitchen with all the modern appliances, plus living room and dining room (and a weird upstairs study nook).
