Available within the next two weeks, possibly earlier can be organized.

The property is a 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom and a 1 car garage (currently used for storage and not a great place to store a car but plenty of on street parking if needed). The bedroom itself is 3m x 2.5m.

I have the living room setup with a couch, TV for movies along with my computer desk. I currently work only from the office with only the occasional WFH day. Though I tend to play video games of an evening so if that works with you then you're also welcome to have desk in the living room too.

There is a small front yard/garden area that I have done some work on and can be used as a small entertaining area and currently includes a small firepit.

The bathroom has a small shower, bath and toilet all in essentially one room. Shower is quite small but the bath is great!

I have a mattress and bedframe available if needed.

I also have a variety of cooking utensils and also a Washing machine and Dryer that can be used.

The property is located a short walk to the Moonee Ponds train station along with trams and Maribyrnong River. The area is amazing, neighbours being really nice and virtually no through traffic leaves the area safe and peaceful.

I'm looking for someone who is roughly my age, has a full-time or consistent job, decent communication skills and is willing to contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy.

I would prefer a male roommate.

I'm 34 years old and I work full-time in the Financial Planning sector and essentially work entirely from the office. Except, for when I need to be home for an amazon package!

I'm a pretty outgoing and friendly person who tries to simply treat people with respect. I used to play a lot of video games but in more recent times I mainly just play in the evenings. On the weekends, I try to get outside as much as I can but also quite enjoy chilling at home watching TV Shows or movies.

I very occasionally drink, I don't smoke though am quite happy to be around people who do. I don't do drugs and don't wish to live with someone who does or have them around.

I'm a reasonably clean and tidy person and if I don't manage to keep things clean during the week, I always clean up on the weekends. I also tend to clean the majority of the shared spaces every week but any help in this is always welcome!

I'm interested in finding someone who's interested in living together long term so that we can stay in the place longer or find somewhere different together.
