It is a large queen size room with double glazed windows and a smart TV and split system. Queen size bed with bedding supplied. Built in wardrobe with mirrors and plenty of space inside and Tallboy. The bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom and toilet and there is also a toilet downstairs. Have never had a problem with a shared bathroom.
