Description of the home

Our lovely housemate is leaving after 4 years! You'll be sharing with 3 women in their 30s (Australian, Japanese and Mexican) and a 3 year-old Groodle named Ludo. Within a 10 minute walk to Newmarket Station, Woolworths, and Flemington Bridge Station, and a 5 minute walk to Trams 59 or 57 and to Flemington Wholefoods (for organic groceries).

Airconditioning in the living room and ducted floor heating throughout the house. Not a party house, we are quiet and respectful. All lead busy lives with work plus study, so home is for study or chill. Preference for people who aren’t out late at night during the week (home by 10pm preferably), as our dog barks excitedly when people come home and this can wake others. Would suit someone working office hours out of the house, as I work from home in the living room most mornings. Must love dogs! Ludo is gentle, sweet, playful, and loves cuddles and attention :)
