This retro home has a large courtyard which is perfect for entertaining and a workout station in a separate area

3 minutes walk to mordialoc shops, 5 min walk to the pier and right on prime beach road so 1 min walk to the beach.
By far the best location in Mordialloc.
I have a beautiful golden retriever cross Samoyed who is well-behaved and quiet, so a dog lover is a must.
Internet included in rent as well water bills and electricity/gas.
Short-term accommodation 1 to 3 months preferred. Female preferred also.

I’m tidy, respectful and not much of a party goer but still enjoy a nice night out/ with some in with a glass of white here and there and some nice tunes.
I’m quiet and tended to keep to myself but of course for chats!
Preferably looking for a female or a like minded individual who is also respectful and considerate :)
