Hey everyone! Inviting a new housemate to join our timeless, merry space and enjoy a coastal lifestyle.

Hoping to find an individual that values connection & independence within the household and treats the place like home and the people like pals 🍂

We can be a lively or relaxed bunch. Occasionally enjoy cooking joint meals, movie nights, attending creative events, exercising, camping, discussing politics and social constructs and generally existing with or without each other 💫

Location:
- Just steps away from trails, shops, beach and train station - in the heart of Mordialloc ✨
- Plenty of amenities and services to satisfy you, at your doorstep.

Your space:
‌- Large room with queen bed and beautiful high ceilings.
‌- Includes a spacious walk in robe.
‌- Access to a desk, couch, additional wardrobe or single bed if needed.
‌- 230pw, not including bills (split evenly).
‌- Minimum 4-6 month stay.

Happy to discuss options if you're bringing your own bed.
🚙 Parking is in short supply on the property, however plenty close by.

The house:
‌- Large lounge and kitchen with gas stove and plenty of dining space for the electric boogaloo 💃
- Fully furnished, always open to additions... especially if they're side of road specials.
‌- Shared endless mirror bathroom, with plenty of storage, shower and large bath 🛀 Toilet is separate.
- There is a low maintenance lawn and cosy outdoor seating.
‌- Large veggie patch that would love your nourishing touch and shed for all your old paint tins 🖌️
‌- Outdoor laundry that sings on spin.
‌- Natural air conditioning - when you open a window, and a lovely open fireplace for those who tame flame 🔥

Some possible things about you ✨
Preferably femme energy, mid 20's to mid 30's open either side depending on the person.
Respectful, helpful, quirky, and communicative. Can be social, passionate, progressive and self aware.

If you enjoy, sustainable living, movement, art, nature, food and community...amongst other things - this could be the place for you 😌
Sorry, no smokers or cats (allergy) - friendly and open to most other things.
