The house is 50+ years old with some character…

Looking for a third person to join our merry band and occupy the large spare bedroom.
Preferably mid to 20's to mid 30's, however open to either side of this depending on the person.

We're a lively bunch and enjoy occasionally cooking joint meals, movie nights, discussing politics and social constructs and generally having fun with or without each other.

If you don't have a car, drive a rickshaw or usually catch PT - even better. Parking is in short supply on the property, however plenty nearby.

You will fit in if -
You are clean, respectful, helpful, calm, energetic, passionate and self aware.

If you enjoy art, sustainable living, movement, music, film and food - this is the place for you.

Your room is the largest and in the house, coolest in summer and comes with WIR. Has antenna connection, beautiful high ceilings and polished floors.

Shared endless mirror bathroom, with plenty of storage, shower and large bath.
Large kitchen with gas stove and plenty of space for the electric boogaloo.

Steps to the beach, trails, shops and station in the heart of Mordialloc.

There is a backyard with vegetable patch and a shed for all your old paint tins.

Natural air conditioning - when you open a window, and a lovely open fireplace for those who tame flame.
