Description of the home
Share house in peaceful and pleasant area. Wonderful outdoor spaces, short drive to shops, wonderful beaches, and a beautiful pool if you don't feel like going out. A warm and cosy interior.
Aiming to rent out rooms in a share house (I think three people max including myself - so two renters). Bills are included in rent including firewood (necessary in winter), gas, electricity, water, most cleaning goods and a range of consumables (to ensure the easy/comfortable running of the house).
There is a choice of rooms and we can discuss what suits best.
There are some house rules - seeking people who are comfortable living in a shared space and able to interact with others in a respectful, responsible and pleasant way.

Hi, my name is Richard, I will be here most of the time - I work mostly from home.
I am always learning, studying and work some different professional roles.
I like to get out and walk, ride a bike, drone photography and more! Fullon work during the week and hopefully some time off on weekends. There are two rooms in the house for rent, renting one...not let yet, so no one else to describe yet.
The rooms are unfurnished (can be furnished) with basic built in wardrobes .
I have leased before to post grads, uni students and cleaners, and it has worked very well, I am open minded and accommodating. I work full time and part time (I come and go from the property). I have an old schnoodle who will be with me when I'm away or back at the house ...I have always enjoyed sharing with flatmates.

There are four rooms to choose from and however three people is probably optimal (there was a lot of interest initially - I attempted to see what could be done, and have conclude three is best). Couples are an option - $600 p/w (we may negotiate depending - for example a couple may be interested in two bedrooms with there own bathroom at a higher rate).
I enjoy socialising, but I am not a heavy party person, but always up for some sensible fun. I am a very Aussie bloke, and very accommodating of all types. I do have house rules to make sure we maintain the neighbourhood harmony and harmony in the home. So please keep this in mind when looking at this room.
