LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LONG TERM 12 MONTHS LEASE

The apartment is spacious with a big lounge room, and you’ll have your own bedroom and separate bathroom with a shower/bath. It’s in a great location just behind Hughesdale Train Station, making it really convenient for transport.

There is no allocated parking spot, but there is street parking available or parking at the train station nearby.

I’m looking for one housemate only who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. No couples, no pets, no smokers and no drug use.

Bills are not included in the rent but are quite low as they’re only split between internet, water, and electricity. Rent is $1425 a month. Bond is $1379.50. Will need to get approval from real estate.

Maddie- work full-time as a dental nurse. I’m a regular gym goer and a big sports fan — I love my footy and soccer and usually spend my weekends watching games when they’re on in Melbourne.

I’m a very clean, respectful, and easy-going person. I enjoy my own space but also don’t mind the occasional chat or sharing dinner here and there.
