We occasionally hire someone to mow the lawn and trim the hedges.
The new lease starts in Feb 2026, and you would need to share the transfer fee of $330 with the outgoing tenant and bond of $784.85 (equivalent of 1 month's rent) paid to the outgoing tenant.

The house is not a party place and often quiet as current tenants are early risers.
