Description of the home
We're currently searching for a home (and housemate!) as our current property is being sold. Looking for a house or townhouse, with a backyard (for Sal), maybe a vegie garden and lots of natural light. Searching around the inner north (Northcote, Brunswick, Clifton Hill, Thornbury, Fitzroy). Looking for places with approx. $1100/month each max (but aiming for lower!). We have enough furniture between us to fully furnish a house, but are totally able to incorporate furniture from a new housemate too!

About the occupants
Dinah is a bubbly and friendly high school art teacher, with a beautiful puppy named Sal. She loves cooking (often whipping up a meal for the other housemates), gardening, camping and watching a good TV show or movie.
Claire is a physio student, currently working pretty much full time as a receptionist in a Richmond physio clinic. She loves music, gardening, Dinah's puppy, camping and baking (so is often providing some pretty decent baked goods for the household).

Looking for a housemate with a similar balance of being friendly and social, as well as having a bit of alone downtime. We love to spend time together having a wine, movie or celebration, but also give each other space when that's wanted. Someone who is house proud and wants to keep the space a lovely place to live in, would be great. Someone who is happy to communicate and have a chat, if ever there is something they're unhappy with, so that everyone in the house feels good in their home!
Description of pets
Sal is a 12 week old puppy. He's remarkably calm and smart for a puppy, as well as house trained. He absolutely loves a good cuddle if you're up for it. Dinah is great at taking full responsibility for him and his antics, but overall he's been a total pleasure to live with!
