We have a great room available in our lovely Northcote house. $1563.55 PCM (Single)/$2000 PCM (Couple) + bond ($1955.50). Bills/utilities/garden care split equally. No pets or indoor smokers, sorry.
The house is huge, light-filled & modern with hardwood floors, ducted heating/cooling, great cooktop & oven, washer/dryer, heaps of storage & a great backyard with lawn for entertaining.
We're in a great position in Westgarth - 10 mins walk to High Street cafes/bars/transport/shops. It's an awesome location and we love living here - there's heaps of space to do your own thing, and plenty of great communal areas to enjoy dinners, wines & hangs. The house is fully furnished so you'd just need to bring bedroom stuff, but we do have a garage if you need to stash anything, and there is quite a bit of space to accommodate bits and pieces. There is plenty of street parking available.

Kate (41) is a music industry professional currently working full-time. Loves food/cooking, music, comedy, travel and a good dance class (or night out on the tiles on occasion). I work from home 2 days a week, but am out and about quite a bit so really value a peaceful home environment.
Cassie (44) works for an environmental charity in communications, love nature, the outdoors and exercise. I’m a hopeless foodie and embrace diversity and difference. My taste in music leans folky with a side of pop and hip hop.
I enjoy being busy, social and active, but also like having somewhere that feels like home where I can rest and recharge. I value good communication and love a friendly household, whilst still respecting each other’s privacy. Due to other commitments I’m only at the house every second week
