LOOKING FOR A LEGEND IN WESTGARTH NORTHCOTE.
My beautiful housemate is going on new adventure overseas, therefore I am looking for someone to fill up his room. Moving date between mid-April / early May.
Rent is 1065/month+bond and bills.
THE HOUSE:
The house is very big, so heaps of space for two people! The location is amazing, only a few minutes walk from high street and the 86 tram and Westgarth station is literally next door.
It's 3 bedrooms house, I am using the front one to store my furniture. You need to be comfortable with the fact that I'm often moving things around.
The room up for rent is medium size with a lot of natural light, like the rest of the house.
There is a nice big outdoor area with garden and veggie patch, ideal for bbq in summer.

You will be living with me, Em, and my cat Mercutio, beautiful 3yo Tabby.
I'm 33, originally from France and has been living in Melbourne for the past 4 years.
I run a vintage furniture business from home and from a vintage shop in Preston. Hopefully you like good oldies because it's high retro vibes in the house!.
I like going to Nova and debate on movies, I play futsal and my life peaks when I pitch my tent in a music festival.
I'm super into cultural events and often go the theater or exhibitions.
I always love hosting diner and will never refuse to hang for a chat in the garden with a drink.
Also used to work in the wine industry so you won't miss out on good beverages and wine pairing.
I am queer and obviously is looking for a queer friendly housemate.
I do smoke as well (outside only), hopefully it's no biggie.
