We’re in the Northcote backstreets - 3min walk to the NARC/bus, 10min walk to the Northcote Plaza/tram, 15min walk to Northcote or Dennis train stations. It’s charming (old, though with a nice newish shower), mid-sized backyard with some fruit trees and shed for storage.
