Hello,
We are currently looking for working holiday , Student or visitor a female to rent a beautiful fully furnished room in our clean, quiet, safe, and family-friendly home.
The house is located in a very convenient area close to public transport. The bus stop is less than a one-minute walk away, and the train station is nearby, with approximately 15 minutes to Melbourne CBD by train. Chadstone Shopping Centre is around 20 minutes away, and the surrounding areas of Malvern, Armadale, and Carnegie offer many cafés, restaurants, and shops.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and values privacy. Preference is for a Japanese female tenant, as my wife is Japanese and we are a multicultural family household.

The rent is $300 per week and includes:
• Fully furnished private bedroom
• Private kitchen area
• Private bathroom, shower, toilet, and fridge
• Your own key
• Kitchen essentials such as plates, cups, and glasses

The home has two kitchens, and while you will have your own private space, there are some shared indoor and outdoor areas which we all respectfully maintain together.

We are a busy working family with high school-aged children, so the house is usually very quiet and peaceful. Most of the time, you will have plenty of privacy and your own space. We also travel to Japan once or twice a year, so there may be times when you are mostly on your own in the house.

Please note that this home may not be suitable for someone looking for a social share-house environment. We are looking for someone who is independent, respectful, and comfortable with a quiet lifestyle.

At the moment, photos are not available because the current tenant is still staying in the room and will move out within one week. If you are genuinely interested, we would recommend arranging an inspection to view the room in person before it becomes available.
For privacy and safety reasons, the address shown in the advertisement is a nearby family address. The correct address will be provided on the day of your inspection appointment.

If you drive or ride a bicycle, secure parking is available, and the area is very safe at all times of the day and night. There are also many buses nearby, including the 630 bus to Monash University, as well as convenient transport options to many other locations.

Bills and expenses

The rent is $300 per week for a single person, including all bills. If you would like to stay together with your friend, the rent would be $500 per week for both of you, and the price can be negotiated.
You’ll have a bigger queen-size bed, not the smaller one shown in the picture. You’ll also have your own private bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and shower. The fridge shown in the photo will be your own personal fridge, and you’ll also have your own kitchen area with a rice cooker and basic kitchen items provided, including plates, glasses, cups, spoons, forks, and more — so you won’t need to worry about sharing or washing other people’s dishes.
We also have a main kitchen inside the house that you’re welcome to use anytime if you prefer. We want you to feel comfortable and at home, with your own space and your own things. If there’s anything else you may need, we can always discuss it later. Feel free to come and check the place out!
