Description of the home
Nice house, with a good amount of space. It's right near Monash university, so if you're a student there, this place is perfect. The house has ducted heating but no air-conditioning. There is a garage and space for 1 car outside. Otherwise there is parking on side streets around the corner. We have everything you need to live at the house, however the room itself is not furnished, so you will have to bring your own furnishings :)

These two are a couple. Mai is from japan, but moved to Australia when she was in her teens, so her English is very good. She's a nurse, she loves to cook, and despite describing herself as an introvert, is easy to talk to. Just like her boyfriend, Mai's main interest is bouldering.
Yusaku is also Japanese, but did not grow up in Australia, so he's still learning English, but he still speaks well. He works at la rocka bouldering gym, and is a student. Yusaku is a SUPER strong climber (V13) so if you like climbing and want to get better you can bombard him with questions

Compatible people
We're looking for someone who is easy going and somewhat clean. We have no roster for chores and such. We all chime in and step forward to do things when they need to be done. Apart from the dishes, which we do oursleves. So we're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told to do things, and has the impulse to do tasks when they need to be done.
