Description of the home

A woman living with a friendly dog (labradoodle). The apartment is an older style art deco apartment with two bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen and loungeroom that is centrally heated with rustic floor throughout. There is a front entrance as well as a back entrance on the side of the building. An ideal location with ample opportunity for exercise, shopping and eating out with close proximity to public transport and The University of Melbourne and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The neighbourhood is located near Royal and Princes Park, surrounded by extensive parklands. There is a popular bike track that extends to Port Melbourne in one direction and the Collingwood Children's Farm along the Yarra River and beyond in the opposite. The local supermarket is in Brunswick and Victoria Market is a short tram ride away. I work full time in education whereby my role is primarily administration and support teacher.
