Room available in the heart of beautiful Pascoe Vale!

The place is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a cosy little outdoor area. Walking distance to cafes, a fun wine bar and parklands. A 2 minute drive to jump onto the city loop train. A hop skip and a jump away from Coburg and Brunny!

You’ll be living with me, Alyce (she/her) - I am 28 years old and work in mental health crisis response. I absolutely love to have a coffee or a wine (depending on the time of day) and a yarn, but do also need my downtime.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed. You will have built in robes with plenty of storage. This room gets the most light so glorious and sunny!

About the house:
- $1000 bond
- $250 per week (not inclusive of bills)
- Fully furnished or you can bring your own bed
- Heating and air conditioning
- Street parking
- Seperate laundry

About you:
Looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who has a similar vibe. Ideally you would be working full-time and have rental history. No furry friends or cis men (sorry!)
