I have a room available in my beautiful home right on the Patterson Lakes River, and I’m looking for a new housemate.
Each bedroom (mine and the spare) has its own balcony, and yours will overlook the entrance and palm trees. It’s the perfect spot to pop a chair or recliner out there and enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon vino—it really feels like a holiday every time you come home!
The gated complex is surrounded by palm trees, and I love the friendly atmosphere with my neighbors.
Sunsets here are breathtaking; you can sit on the grass by the water, which is literally next to my unit. It’s a quiet spot, great for running, with plenty of tracks around for loops ranging from 6km to 14km, depending on your preferences.
You’ll often see pelicans and boats, and there are plenty of water sports to watch. The home has an open-plan living area with a shared kitchen and dining space, plus air conditioning and heating throughout, making it comfortable year-round.
I have a senior dog and two affectionate cats, so I’m hoping to find an animal lover who enjoys giving and receiving lots of cuddles. My dog Sparkie, is gentle and affectionate and loves a good cuddle and belly rub.
We’re within walking distance to the beautiful beach in Carrum and have direct access to the running paths right outside the front door that will take you to the beach- 2.5km.
Bicentennial park is just across the way.
It’s only a 10-minute walk to the railway station, the gym, shops, laundry, nails, massage, hair, restaraunts and supermarkets are all just a 2-minute walk away.
There’s a bus right outside the complex that takes you directly to the train station, and the M1 freeway is about a 10-minute drive. I use the garage as a studio part-time, but there’s plenty of street parking available, or you can park in the driveway with my Jeep.

I am a business owner and Artist
I have worked 19 years as a prosthetics makeup specialist in film and television.
I also work casually as a MUA at ABC. I work random times of the day and sometimes I do long hours.
I work as SFX and MUA for TV shows and I am also an educator of 14 years and go to the city to teach on Mondays atm. I also have a pet portrait business, drawing, when im doing this I work from home.
Sometimes my clients come over for makeup but i will always give you notice when this happens and its usually a short 1 hour booking.
I am healthy and love to cook, often happy to share a meal and glass of vino and have a chat after a long day.
I am fit and run/exercise daily, walk my dog daily and like to keep a positive outlook.
Travel is my passion and I have been fortunate enough to travel with my work which took my to INDIA, the UK, USA. I have visited 37 countries and don't plan on stopping anytime soon...
I love my animals and my pets are so important to me so I really need to have someone with us that will love them too!
I enjoy the outdoors, camping and adventuring, i often go away on weekend adventures in my jeep and sleep under the stars in the swag.
I am not a big party person but now I am single I am trying to be more social on weekends and go out for dinners and the occassional festival eventy. I do enjoy having some laughs over wine and food outside, but my job is pretty social so my home is my relaxing space too.
Sundays are my usual days off, and i enjoy markets, brunches and adventures to the bush in the jeep.
I am very clean, respectful and warm.

Prefer someone who doesn't eat red meat :D ( pork or beef, unless you bring your own bbq and do it outside,)

She LOVES people. Very well behaved, loves cuddles and runs. She is a very good girl and has never had an accident in the house. Inside dog as she thinks she is a person too! She is a corgi x blue heeler so medium sized.
Barks at strangers outside, so she is a great watch dog.
A few years ago she had a leg ligament reconstruction but she is doing great!

He is a very gentle boy, but also loves to talk to you if you talk back.
