This house has so much space! Perfect for a student or professional looking for a stylish and inviting base to work, study, entertain and/or relax without being too far from the city. The rent includes unlimited high speed NBN internet (1000/40).

The place, which you'll only be sharing with one other person (me!), has three bedrooms, two separate living areas, a well-designed kitchen and a huge covered deck facing the back yard with pizza oven and built in BBQ. Split system heating and cooling is available on both levels.

The downstairs living area include a HUGE new TV for movie nights + PS5 / Nintendo Switch sessions. I've also just installed a brand new Bosch dishwasher in the kitchen.

I’m using the third bedroom as my home office (currently working from home 2 days a week), but it also has a fold out bed for occasional guests / sleepovers.

The location is great — the house itself is on a very quiet street, but only a 5 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) from both Point Cook Town Centre and Sanctuary Lakes shopping centre (featuring all the classics such as Aldi, Target, Kmart, Coles and Woollies & many more). It’s also under 10 minutes on the bus from Williams Landing Station, with regular express trains to the city.
