Spacious freestanding 1850s house in Prahran with massive character. 1 block walking distance to Chapel St. All public transport walking distance.
We all live separate lives but occasionally end up in the backyard with a drink together or a cooked meal, or a movie with an open fireplace in the loungeroom.
The house has a small secure front garden and a great entertaining space in the backyard surrounded by massive trees.
Kitchen has a top of the range double oven from the 60s but works well. High ceilings and 3 seater table and everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen.
