About the occupants
The current household:
Me: Work as a field service engineer, and usually do overnight shifts. Often travel interstate or regional during the week, so don't spend the greatest amount of time at home.

I'm pretty easy going, I respect others' boundaries, can read social queues and have no problems doing my own thing, or having a conversation, watching TV or chilling.

I expect to feel comfortable and secure in my home. And anyone I live with will be afforded the same right.

Two guys live in the main bedroom. Both work and tend to keep to themselves.

Another guy lives in the 3rd bdrm. He's a gamer and spends most of his time in his room, or cooking.
Compatible people
The two house principles that are non-negotiable are honesty and trust.

I would prefer someone who is genuine, has their own hobbies and interests/work, can also hold a conversation, is respectful of boundaries, yet also bring a happy & chilled dynamic to the household - and doesn't mind sharing a place with a puppy that suffers from chronic FOMO.

The place is big enough, being spread across two storeys and additional segregated living space in the double garage that it usually doesn't feel too crowded and everyone has plenty of space.

I am just as happy to have a conversation, share a meal, or watch something together as I am giving you some space to go and do your own thing. How much you wish to interact with others on the house will be completely up to you.
Description of pets
Falkor is a happy and very friendly 2 year old Jack Russell. He loves being loved and is usually the first to welcome you home, provided you don't shower him with too much love and affection, he very quickly goes back to whatever he was doing after a quick hello. He is an indoor dog, and sleeps either with me or in his own bed in the garage .
He has started to grow out of the FOMO he suffered from as a puppy, and for a Jack Russell, he's very chilled, quiet and very well behaved. And, when I'm at work, he has sleep-overs at a friend's place.
