There's currently four of us in the household - in the other bedrooms, we have a young, quiet and sweet guy who works on game development, so spends a lot of his time in his room and a young couple both completing their masters at uni.

The head Tennant and Falkor (4-year-old Jack Russell) stay in the garage-come-studio downstairs (off the lounge room).

We have never had any issues or major problems - everyone just respects everyone else in the household, while all busy doing our own things. We share the odd meal, and have a chat from time to time.

We have a friendly and respectful dynamic, so we're looking for someone similar who is friendly, clean and independent.

Honesty and open communication are the two things that have helped create the chilled and easy environment we like to call home.

Our preference is for someone who is genuine, independent and has their own hobbies and interests/work. Someone who is polite & friendly, and can hold a conversation, is respectful of others', and brings with them a happy & chilled disposition.
Description of pets
Falkor is a very chilled and friendly 3 year old Jack Russell who stays from time to time. He's a fantastic guard dog - the only time he really barks is when there's someone at the door - but the most he will do will excitedly greet you at the front door, tail wagging, give you a sniff and maybe a lick, and run back to his room.
