The place is a converted church-style townhouse in Preston - high angled ceilings, arched windows, city views and seriously good light. Two living areas, two toilets, one bathroom. Fully furnished. It’s a beautiful space to live in.

Location:
Easily the best pocket of Preston. It's a 5 min walk to the Merri Creek Trail and the No. 11 tram. 5 min to Miller St shops and cafes. 10 min to Bell Train Station and High Street Thornbury and Northcote.

The setup:
This is the first time the place has been shared - it’s been a family home, so it’s well looked after and feels like it. I head to the country to stay with my daughter at least a week a month, so you’ll regularly have run of the place. When I’m around I’m easy company - into music, good food and a laugh. Not into drama.

One housemate worth mentioning - Mazzy, my 18-year-old cat. He’s been around the block and loves a cuddle. No other pets please.

The room(s):
Room 1 - Fully furnished with a double bed, built-in robes and a split system.
Room 2 (Optional) - Blank canvas that can be used as an office/studio/tv room or extra personal living space.

Who I’m looking for:
Someone clean, sorted and genuinely easy to live with. You respect shared space and you’re comfortable in your own company.

(2) Bedroom + private second room with built-in robes and split system (office, studio, creative space) $1,695/month all in

One month bond. 3 month minimum, extension on the table if it’s working for both of us.
