Cosy, decent sized Villa-style unit that gets lots of light in a very leafy and generally quiet suburb. Lots of surrounding green with bushes and trees, including a nice park a few metres sway. Walking distance to shops, trains, trams and buses at either end of the street, etc. Small cemented backyard, but large front yard with lawn, plants a nice big tree. Driveway and garage for car and/or storage. Not really joined to the other unit, so good for privacy. A fairly quiet spot day and night despite being on a thoroughfare road, so good for someone studying.

About the occupants
I work in the Court system by day and a singer by night. I'm a fairly easygoing type who likes a clean, tidy and quiet house. I love cooking and unless I have a rehearsal or show, I usually stay home during weeknights to do just that because my day job is sometimes stressful and tiring. I usually like to keep to myself watching movies or listening to music when I'm home as it helps me unwind.
Compatible people
Preferably a female just for the balance (outgoing housemate is female). Friendly and easy going. Someone who is quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of the other person. Would also suit a student or nightshift worker, as it's a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Willing to share cleaning duties and paying utility bills. Would probably help to love or at least like cats. 😺
Description of pets
I have two cats. They are trained indoor cats (the flat is on a sometimes busy road) and a little shy at first, but otherwise very playful and affectionate. They go outside in the small backyard area quite regularly. And don't worry; zero odours! 😸
