I am looking for a clean, respectful person or couple to sublet my furnished bedroom to in an immaculate two- bedroom Art Deco home in south Preston for three months (11 July-11 October dates negotiable). There is one person living in the other bedroom.

This is a well-maintained, character-filled house with high ceilings, and a warm, welcoming feel. The space is kept very tidy and would suit someone who appreciates well-cared-for environment. Shared bathroom and toilet, kitchen and living room separate. Massive outdoor garden but sorry no pets allowed.
