The home also includes a spacious master bedroom upstairs (currently occupied by myself until my move-out date), along with an additional upstairs room that can be used flexibly depending on your needs.

An additional upstairs room may be available for use as a study or storage, by arrangement.
After my move-out, the master bedroom will become available, and the overall room arrangement can be discussed depending on your preference.

I’ll be staying in the upstairs master bedroom temporarily and plan to move out by 28 June 2026.
