There are 2 bedrooms available to rent upstairs.Plus a cosy lounge that has the potential to be turned into a Tv/study area for you! The house has 3 toilets and showers! plenty of space, built in wardrobes, a beautiful back yard with city view, ducted heating, cooling system and high speed internet. The bedrooms are Semi-furnished at the moment but we can provide some essential if you have no furniture for the room.

The house is situated in close proximity to La Trobe University (3.5 Kms). Northland and Summerhill shopping centres are close by and you have access to buses and Tram on plenty road. There is also street space if you have a car.

I am female, working full time as a social worker. It`s easy to live with me. I don’t mind having a chat and a meal together every now and again. I also respect and love my me time and my house mate’s.
I have years of experience living with housemates. Very good with setting good boundaries as well as being nice, friendly and supportive where I can help.
I can make lovely Iranian meals and happy to show you how to cook them!;)
