The house is in a great location, an easy walk to bars and cafes, train stations, tram stops, sporting grounds and everything else generally associated with Richmond. There is on street parking out the front. I already have a fully furnished place.
Bond is $1,100
Rent is due on the 15th of each month and includes the cost of Wifi and contents insurance.
