It is a bright, large bedroom at the front of the house. It will comfortably fit a queen size bed and bedroom furniture. It has a double built-in wardrobe and a queen frame and mattress that can be utilised.
The house –
2 bedrooms inside and a bungalow with ensuite *occupied*, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, ducted heating throughout and courtyard with small storage shed and entertaining area.
The house is in a great location, an easy walk to bars and cafes, train stations, tram stops, sporting grounds and everything else generally associated with Richmond. There is on street parking out the front. I already have a fully furnished place so just bedroom furniture is required, or any outdoor furniture you may have.
Bond is $1,100
Rent is due on the 23rd of each month and includes the cost of Wifi
