We can only let the room short term as we need it at other times but it’s perfect for someone to have a base while working short contract, international student or someone relocating while they find a permanent place

The lower level is the entry and the large bedroom offered is on the lower level. Also a second room is included which can be used as an office offered with the bathroom off it.
The middle level is the kitchen, dining and living area. The top level has 2 bathrooms, main bedroom and office.
The upper level would be for myself and my partner and the lower level for the guest
It has backyard with large BBQ and deck area with a pond
The parking offered is in the front yard area of the property
Very safe area and close to cafes and restaurants
Ducted heating and cooling
High speed wifi included, think it's unlimited but we don't use it much so data wouldn't be an issue
