Advertising this in advance to see if there's any interest..

I am a doctor considering embarking on a rural placement commencing end of July/start of August.

I was hoping to still keep my Melbourne apartment but will only be there for max 4 nights per week (most likely over the weekends). I may also be working in Melbourne during this time.

I thought this might appeal to a couple who, for example, are travelling/on a working holiday. The length of my rotation will be 6 months (til February 2027).

The apartment is in a great location, in between two tram lines and a 5 minute walk to Burnley train station. Close to all the attractions of both Swan St and Bridge Rd, with easy access to Monash freeway and the biking and walking paths along the Yarra River.

The rent has been adjusted for occupancy and includes bills (internet, water and electricity) and use of my furniture/appliances/kitchen utensils/linen etc if you need. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

I would ideally like a single or couple who are clean and tidy and house proud and will take good care of my things, have regular employment and who are friendly and good communicators and don't mind me popping in and out (sometimes at odd times)! It would also be great to have someone who was somewhat house plant literate and could occasionally water my pots!

In addition, if you had the odd weekend where you had visitors or family coming to stay, I would be happy for them to use my room with some prior notice.
