Hey everyone! I’m Mel, and I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in an apartment in Richmond!
The location is elite - we’re in a quiet street just off Swan St. It’s on the top floor in a small block. The apartment is soaked in natural light and we have a gorg sunset view. The kitchen and bathroom both have modern fixtures and there is a lil dishwasher. A random selling point but the carpet is super soft! Your room has a built-in wardrobe. There’s also a tandem car park we can share if you have a car. The room is available now and I’m keen to get someone in asap.
