Trams 48 and 75 a 10 min walk to bridge road, Tram 70 off swan street about a 5 minute walk.
East Richmond and Burnley train station each about a 6 minute walk.
The house itself has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with big island bench, washing and dryer facilities and a nice big courtyard for the summer months.

About the room:
Medium size room (will fit a double bed and desk comfortably) with built in robes.
You’ll be sharing a main bathroom with Dave.
