After almost 5 glorious years, my darling angel of a housemate is moving out! Though I am gutted for our era to come to an end, I am excited to find a new babe for the next chapter.

Heart of Richmond. 4 min walk from Swan Street/East Richmond station on a tree lined street with a car park permit available. Union House will be your new local!
🏠The house.
Perfectly sized home for 2 people which has got everything you need and more.
Built in wardrobe, lots of morning light, blinds, wooden flood boards and high ceilings. Everything apart from the room comes fully furnished although I don’t have a particular affinity to any of the current furniture so if you’ve got stuff to bring, we can make it work.
We have a decent sized back garden and an occasionally thriving herb garden which is always grateful for the attention. And LOTS of lemons.
💰The Numbers
Looking for a move in early Sept but with may be some flexibility. Ideally around the 6th and definitely before the 15th.
This humble abode luckily comes with a reflective rent (given its location) @ $1137* per month, per person. Bond of similar amount will be required.
*Note we have had a rental increase around this time every year & I’m anticipating a notice around October. Goes without saying but I will put my best negotiation skills to good use to lock in best rate for us. 🤝
We are, and have been very good tenants thus far so hoping we can continue on that trajectory!

Originally from UK (but don’t let that put you off… 😜) however I’ve been in Melbourne for over 6 years now. Early 30s. Marketing girlie, in office Monday-Friday and WFH 1 day a week. Tend to keep it low key during the week but usually out and about on weekends. Hobbies honestly mainly revolve around eating good food but partial the great outdoors, reformer, and weekends away.
Ideally late 20-late 30s. Got your own life going on, but open to an impromptu skip to Messina on a summers night or shared sit down in front of some trash tv when the weathers a bit bleak. My current housemate and I met through Fairy Floss and have become very good friends, so you will be welcome to be as involved as you like 💕
Clean, respectful and considerate is the bare minimum in any share house situation, so hopefully that is a given! 😚
