* Five-minute walk to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and IKEA.
* The 12 and 109 trams are practically on your doorstep - around a minute’s walk away.
* 12–20 minutes to the city by tram, with easy access to Box Hill and Balwyn for Asian food, and Fitzroy for vegan options and Northside hangs.
* Plenty of good food and gyms nearby, including a 24/7 gym.
* Point Ormond / Elwood beach is a super nearby option for beach trips by car or public transport.
* Street parking available, with a permit at an extra cost - I’ll confirm the amount. Let me know if parking is important to you. No garage, unfortunately.

The house:
* Massive backyard with plenty of sun throughout the day.
* Storage space in the back shed for suitcases and bulky things you don’t want in your room.
* Kitchen with a gas stove.
* There won’t be a TV, so you’re welcome to bring yours and set up your PlayStation in the living room. I don’t watch much TV, so make yourself comfortable!
