I am mature but enjoys a good laugh whilst also maintaining our separate lives and respect each others space. I am tidy and clean.
Tim is a geologist and works Monday to Friday. He’s quiet, clean, and enjoys sports in his spare time.
Jason is originally from the UK and is on a traveling visa. He’s pretty chill and a great bloke to talk to. He’s working full time with an arborist company Monday to Friday. He enjoys making his meal and relaxing on the couch.
Preferably someone with full time employment but someone who is studying/part time who is able to pay rent and bills in time would also be considered. Happy to socialise but also respect each other’s space.
As it is a shared home we like to respect each person's privacy and space. It would be good to tidy up the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, lounge area) after each use. Visitors are welcome but we have a no-sleep-over policy due to the security and safety of members in the household as well.
