The master bedroom is large and spacious. It has two wardrobes with a vanity in the centre. The ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet. This is a private space, separate to the other bedrooms offering privacy and quiet. The room is next to the main entrance. There is shared storage cupboard currently shared but can be revisited. The lounge space is large. There is currently a communal lounge (TV optional or use your own) and the other space is as an arts and crafts playspace for my daughter because the spare room was being as a work from home office.

It's a standard room located down the back of the house (top left on floor plan), shared bathroom, built in robes, morning sun and perfect for a queen bed or smaller with space for tall boy and side tables. Refer to the images in the photos
Alternatively this can be used by the person with the master bedroom as an office/study, storage or other - this would then make rent 50/50

Bills and expenses
Bills are 50/50 and include electricity (solar panels), internet, gas, water (we don't use gas for heating because its too expensive). A gardener is currently contracted to mow and spray the garden (this is part of the shared bills). I don't have a mower - household shares weeds and trimming. If you have your own lawn mower, I'll totally get in on that action but I have never mowed a lawn hahaha.
