THE APARTMENT:
My apartment is on level 1 up one flight of stairs. Living/dining room, seperate kitchen, 2 bedrooms with BIR, shared bathroom with shower and bath, seperate toilet and a washer and dryer. The building has electric back gates and an intercom system with another key entry door for the stairwell so there’s ample security. There’s also communal gardens on the property.
PARKING/TRANSPORT:
I have 1 secure parking spot under the apartment that I have added into the rent, so no need to worry about parking.
The 67 tram stop is right outside the property which will take you to the city or there’s Elsternwick and Ripponlea stations are both only 10 minute walk away. Elwood Beach is only a 25 minute walk away and Glen Huntly Road (Shops, Food, Coles, various gyms) is right at your fingertips.

I’m 25 years old. I worked professionally in Musical Theatre performer for 14 years, but now work as a Recruitment Consultant. My work hours are 8 - 5, but am home of an evening and on weekends. I enjoy movies, tv, video games, outdoors, parties, drinking and spending time with my friends.
