Hello there,

We're excited to share that we have two bedrooms available in our lovely Seabrook home! The first room is ready for move-in now, and the second will open up in late June.

Our house is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, offering a quick 30-minute ride into the city. For those who prefer driving, the freeway is only a three-minute drive away. And if you're a beach lover, you'll be delighted to know that Altona Beach is less than 10 minutes from our doorstep. Plus, there's a picturesque creek and walking trail nearby that leads right to the beach.

Both bedrooms come fully furnished, complete with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. You'll be sharing the space with Emily, a 24-year-old who works full-time and enjoys fitness, cooking, and baking. Emily will be occupying the main room, which comes with its own bathroom.

Now, let's talk about our furry roommates! Meet Moritz, the lovable ginger cat who's always hungry, and Bonnie, the stunning ragdoll.

Our home sits on a spacious 600sq block with a garden, large driveway, and double garage for storage. In the lounge room, you'll find a cozy gas heater and there's a brand new bathroom that will be shared with just one other roommate. The house has evaporative cooling also.

The rent for the room is $260 a week, plus bills.
